The first one is free and takes a minute. The rest depend on how much there is to enter, and how quickly Stripe verifies you.
Add your services.
Enter the name, price, length, and deposit for each service. Add the people who take appointments.
Set your hours.
Tell EZBookings when each person works and block time off. Clients see only the times that person is actually free.
Connect payments.
Connect a Stripe account so clients can pay at booking. You can review the page and checkout before you share the link.
Share your link.
Put the link where clients already find you: your website, your Google Business Profile, your Instagram bio, a QR code at the desk. Clients can book from a phone without making an account.

- 1Service. They pick what they want from your service list, with the price and the length.
- 2Person. If more than one person offers it, they choose who they want to do it.
- 3Open time. Only the times that person is free are offered. They pick one.
- 4Price and fee. They see the deposit and the booking fee on separate lines, before they pay.
- 5Confirmation. They pay by card and get a confirmation by email, with a link they can keep.

- The appointment. It appears on your dashboard, with the service, the person, the time, and what was paid.
- The client details. Their name and number, with the note they left at checkout.
- Confirmation and reminder. Sent by email, automatically. They go to the client, not to you.
- The remaining balance. Collected in person however you already take payment.

Going live also means adding your services and hours and connecting payments. The full time depends on how much there is to enter - roughly about 9 minutes for a first launch, varying with the size of your service list and the speed of Stripe verification.
You can stop halfway and come back later. Nothing has to be finished in one sitting, and what you do not enter yet just means that page is not yet open.
